Ma3shooqi is my sugarboo, only a tad bit sweeter. This typeface is oh-so-romantic, sweeping me off my feet and making my heart race as if it were from the golden age of romantic cinema. It writes me secret love letters and confesses its love in public. It’s as innocent as teenage love, and as wild as a mature adventure… I love you! I love you! I love you! Ma3shooqi is inspired by vintage-yet-cliché Egyptian film posters and takes its curves from hugs, roses, and hearts.
تستلهم الفنانة البصرية والمصمّمة متعددة الوسائط إسراء، أعمالها من أصولها الفلسطينية ومغامراتها اليومية في عمّان. تعبّر إسراء، والتي تحمل شهادة بكالوريوس من الجامعة الأردنية في الفنون البصرية، عن ذاتها عبر الرسم والفن الرقمي والرسوم المتحركة.
Israa is a multimedia designer and visual artist who finds inspiration in her Palestinian roots and everyday encounters in Amman. Earning her Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts from the University of Jordan, Israa expresses herself through PAINTING, animation, and digital art.
